White Ironstone Drainer Plate by Petrus Regout - Medium Size

This item is ideal for anyone who loves their antique pieces a little bit crazed, with timeworn charm. It is a lovely example of a medium sized white ironstone drainer plate.

Bearing a mark for renowned Dutch makers Petrus Regout, this is a drainer plate is a slightly different shape to those you normally see, with the oval shape slightly elongated.

Dating from the early part of the 20th Century, these old drainers are excellent display pieces in the kitchen today, and also come in handy for straining fruit or meat. 

In overall excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, this has taken on a timeworn look to it, with lightly stained crazing all over the piece.
