We’re very open about the condition of our stock in all our listings and photographs. And we’re very happy to provide additional information on request. Viewings are also welcome at any time in our studio in the heart of Suffolk, England.

Unless otherwise specified, we only use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all our domestic and global deliveries. And everything is fully insured if the unthinkable happens (not that it ever has…)

That’s why we offer a 28-day no quibbles return policy. Unfortunately, we can’t pay your postage costs but we’ll refund the purchase price as soon as we receive the product.

J Frances Antiques is based in the middle of picturesque Suffolk, in the East of England. We’re lucky to have historic Bury St Edmunds and the antique haunts of Clare, Lavenham, Long Melford and Sudbury on our doorstep. We also travel extensively to source an ever changing array of antique kitchenalia and unique vintage home decor.
We have a passion for quality antique kitchenalia and discerning interior pieces. It’s an eclectic mix at times. But they all have outstanding design, timeless quality and unique charm at their heart.
