Shipping policy

For customers based outside the United Kingdom, the shipping price calculated at checkout may not be accurate if you're purchasing more than one item. Please get in touch with jodie@jfrancesantiques.co.uk to ensure you are charged the correct amount.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days after purchase. Quicker dispatch times and expedited delivery services are available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact jodie@jfrancesantiques.co.uk for details.

All deliveries are sent fully insured using a tracked delivery service.

We use Royal Mail 48-hour services and UPS Next Day services for all mainland UK deliveries. All international parcels are shipped using Royal Mail's international tracked services or UPS standard international delivery services.
