Vintage Hand Painted Foot Stool with Chicken Design

This is a sweet vintage hand painted foot stool.

Painted in the light blue, but also with green undertones also mixed in, there has been wear to this stool over the years resulting in a natural timeworn charm and shabby chic charm. The chicken on the top adds a charming focal point.

The stool is in a sturdy condition and is good for many more years of use. It has been well used and so does have some surface scratched and wear to the paint in places, most notably on the corners and edges. The green undercoat can also be seen in places, and there are larger sections in this colour on the underside.
