Vintage French Tin - Fruit Basket

The rusty tones on this beautiful French tin box are gorgeous, with burnt yellows and oranges blending with the rustic patination.

Originally designed as a biscuit tin, it is a lovely large size, with each end of the box lifting up. Great for use to display dried flowers or part of a decorative display, this could also be used as a small picnic box.

In weathered condition, there is wear and light oxidisation all over the tin, with some surface scratches. However, the original design, intended to mimic a fruit basket, is still very clear and the colours are vivid.
