Vintage French Religious Sculture

This is a beautiful vintage French religious statue of the Virgin Mary holding Baby Jesus.

Dating to the mid 20th Century, this bisque porcelain statue is a beautiful example with stunning details including the robes and head garlands. Standing on a plinth, there is also a plaque with the Holy Cross.

In good condition for its age, there are no significant chips or cracks. There does appear to be a small amount of loss to the head garland but this isn't overly notable. 

A wonderful decorative display piece.
