Vintage French Printing Block with Carved Hearts

A very attractive example of a mid 20th Century printing block, featuring a pretty heart pattern and border.

This carved wooden printing block would make a very attractive piece of vintage decor in the home. Sourced from France, printing blocks like these were produced in India for the French market.

In fair condition for its age, there are some knocks to the wood on the side of the block but nothing substantial. This also adds to its timeworn charm and it is a highly decorative item.
