A very sweet pair of vintage white ironstone dishes, designed for serving corn on the cob, dating from the 1970s.
Made by renowned English makers TG Green, both these vegetable dishes were from the ‘Spectrum’ range of tableware. Designed to serve up corn on the cob, the dishes could also be used for a wider assortment of vegetables.
Both the dishes are in excellent clean condition, with just some minor nibbles to the rim of one and some minor light staining in places. They both make for a highly decorative tableware feature. They are being sold as a set of two.
