Stack of Five French Butter Pats

A listing for a stack of five small ceramic butter pats, dating from the early 20th Century and originating from France.

Perfect for adorning the dining table when entertaining, it is difficult to source these small butter dishes. They are still perfect for use at the dinner table but they also look lovely stacked up as part of a kitchenalia or white ironstone collection. 

In chippy and timeworn condition, there are cracks and some staining on two of these butter pats, as well as age spots, nibbles and wear to the remaining three, including a chip to the rim on one. This does however add timeworn charm. And they are still usable, or perfect for display purposes.
