A lovely antique early to mid 20th Century white ironstone French mustard or sauce dish, which is in excellent condition.
A simply shaped item, this French serving dish is very sweet. It's also immensely practical for use serving up a range of different sauces at the table, with space for a spoon in the integral base.
There are some age marks and minor wear to the top rim and also some small firing marks on the bottom part of the dish but otherwise it is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, and is a very clean example.
A great addition for collectors of antique French country tableware or white ironstone.
