Small Antique Soupiere with Sculpted Handles

A gorgeous antique smaller sized soupiere bowl with lovely sculpted handles.

A beautiful example of a tureen bowl, these are highly decorative pieces which look stunning filled with bulbs or dried flowers. The scuplted handles on each side are stunning, with scrollwork detail. The bowl is also in very clean condition. 

The soupiere is in very good condition. There are sone light age marks to the top rim but on the whole this is a very clean piece. There is a tight and fine hairline on one side of the soupiere but the whole piece is structurally sound. There is a faded maker's mark on the base but I do not recognise this stamp. It may be Swiss or German.
