Rustic Vintage French Willow Trug

Dating to the early to mid 20th Century, this vintage willow French trug has the perfect blend of rustic charm and practical use.

In a beautiful shape, this is a very attractive piece with a bentwood handle. Although worn and weathered in places, the trug would still be suitable for light use - perhaps in the garden for flowers or vegetables. It would equally look wonderful as a decorative piece in the home. 

There is wear to this trug as to be expected with a piece of this age. Most notably, there are some gaps and breakages to the willow at the bottom of the basket, plus  some pieces which are loose. However, all of the bentwood supports are very sturdy still and it is a usable piece.
