A rarely seen highly decorative pink and white enamel bucket sourced from France.

This antique bucket oozes character and is a highly decorative timeworn piece. The bucket has a beautiful floral border and pattern around it. The pink decoration has lightly faded but is still clearly visible. There are also remnants of a blue pattern on the border too although this has largely faded now.

This bucket does show signs of wear, most notably with oxidisation to the top and base rims, as well as the handle. The metal rim at the base has also fallen away in places. But there are no holes in it so it is still usable.

Items like this often don't survive so this is a lovely rare piece. It would be perfect used in the home or garden, perhaps filled with flowers or bulbs. Or perhaps the large size would lend itself to use as an ice cooler for wine or champagne.
