Large Antique European Hand Painted Decorative Bowl

This is a beautiful vintage early to mid 20th Century hand painted decorative large tray or bowl.

European in origin, it is a very striking piece. Made of papier mache, a decorative floral central motif and border in green and red contrasts against a black backdrop and spotty border.

Given the age of the piece, some of the paintwork has come away over time and it has an aged and timeworn appearance. But the pattern and colouring is still very striking. Perfect for a range of decorative purposes in the home.
