Dating to the late 19th Century or very start of the 20th Century, this is a beautiful white ironstone pitcher with a mark for the famous Parisian makers Creil & Montereau on its base. 

Larger than most I see, the jug has a lovely flowing shape to it, with the tall and curved handle having some extra detailing. Ideal as a decorative piece in its own right, these pitchers also make fantastic vases.

In excellent condition, there is some light crazing and a few age spots. But there are no cracks or chips.
