Ironstone Warming Pan with Original Lid

This vintage milk warming pan originates from Germany, and comes complete with its rarely seen original lid with a sweet ironstone handle.

Made of ironstone, this pan is designed to warm milk on the stove, for use individually or in cooking. The wooden handle is held in place by a metal brace which sits around the top of the ironstone pot. 

It is in largely clean condition, with some discolouration most notable where the metal has been in contact with it. The pot is still usable though. The metalwork on both the handle and lid has oxidised over time. There are also two old worm holes to the handle but these have been treated.
