Chippy and Timeworn Cafe au Lait

A beautifully aged and chippy cafe au lait bowl, with unusual inlaid floral decoration.

Standing on a ribbed foot, this lovely cafe au lait bowl had a wonderful shape. The piece certainly wears its age, with a small but tight hairline some some chips, which are mostly notable on and around the base.

There is also aged crazing all over, but this combines with the colouring and chippy finish to make it a wonderful decorative piece.
