Buttery and Timeworn Antique French Blue Transferware Plate

Available to purchase individually, these are stunning timeworn antique French blue transferware terre de fer plates.

With a stamp for S.F.G.B.N.G.R, a conglomerate of French pottery makers, these plates date to the late 19th Century.

In the highly collectable 'Primavere', or primrose, pattern, the decorative garland border on these plates is very pretty. Each plate has light timeworn crazing, which blends perfectly with the blue colouring. 

Apart from light wear and some minor nibbles to the rims of these plates, they are all in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
