Antique White Ironstone Tablespoon Measure

A delightful timeworn example of a white ironstone early to mid 20th Century tablespoon measuring cup, in lovely vintage condition.

This white ironstone tablespoon measuring cup can measure out up to four tablespoons, and would have been used either in the kitchen or with medicines.

In overall good condition, the main signs of wear are some wear to the base rim, as well as light crazing all over some of which has lightly stained. There is also a small very fine hairline on the top rim. But this is tight and isn't overly notable. The cup itself is in sound and solid condition.

The black on white transfer showing the measurements displays really well and it is still an immensely practical and useful kitchen tool for use today.
