Antique Terre de Fer Teal Transferware Ravier

Dating from the early 20th Century, this is a very pretty French ironstone ravier, with a teal coloured transferware pattern with climbing roses and cornucopia designed to serve appetisers and canapes on.

The plate is in fair condition, with some chips to the edge and underside of the plate and also a hairline at one end. As a whole, though, the plate is stable and this is an extremely pretty pattern, which was produced by Boulenger in the early 20th Century.

A beautiful dish which is perfect as serving or snack dish, and also for trinkets.
