Antique Stoneware Advertising Pot - Gray's Dairy Devonshire Cream

A wonderfully cute sized antique stoneware cream pot, featuring underglazed black transferprint advertising for Gray's Dairy, dating from the early 20th Century.

This small advertising pot features advertising on the front for Gray's Dairy Pure Devonshire Cream. Simple in style, it is a very sweet looking cylindrical pot and is a wonderful decorative antique accessory to have in the home.

This antique advertising pot is in mint, with no chips, cracks or crazing and just some normal wear to the base. There are some minor pock marks on the glaze from the firing process but these add to the character of the piece.

A great pot to display as part of a kitchenalia collection as well as general use around the home. They make great bud vases for small cuttings from the garden, and are also useful as stationary or paintbrush pots.
