Antique Pink Transferware Soup Bowl - Favori by Sarreguemines

This beautiful pink transferware pattern - Favori, by Sarreguemines - is a real favourite amongst collectors of French faience.

And I can understand why, this is a a beautiful piece with birds perched on a branch in blossom. The pink colouring is also beautiful.

The bowl is in good condition for its age. There is a chip to the base rim but this isn't overly notable and there are no cracks. There is some light, buttery timeworn colouring but these add to the charm of the piece.
