Antique Longwy French Terre de Fer Plate

A lovely early 20th Century antique French terre de fer side plate, featuring a very pretty blue transferware floral garland pattern and border.

Although the backstamp has blurred a little, it also has an imprinted Longwy mark. The plate also has interesting ribbed detail around the outside. Considering its age, this plate is in remarkably good condition. There are no chips or cracks and just some light crazing which has taken on some timeworn colouring in places. 

Perfect for use as a small serving or cake plate.
