Antique French White Ironstone Extra Large Funnel or Sieve

This is a listing for a very rarely seen extra large French white ironstone sieve or funnel, dating from the early part of the 20th Century.

The antique funnel is in excellent, clean condition. Carrying a BX mark on its side, indicating the large size of this sieve, it was intended for a variety of different purposes in a pharmacy or laboratory. 

This sieve is in very good order, with no cracks or crazing. There is just some very mild age staining to the rim of the sieve, plus a nibble to the tip of the funnel but otherwise it is in excellent condition.
