Antique French Terre de Fer Cup & Saucers - Set of Two

I have a set of two green transferware terre de fer cup and saucers, dating from around 1900.

Made by the French pottery company A Virot for sale in a shop in Brest in Brittany, these cups and saucers have a gorgeous toasty colour to them. They are beautiful pieces to display and also to continue to use.

Each has a slightly different floral pattern. They are also perfectly aged, with light buttery coloured crazing, which is more pronounced in the inside of the cups.

They are in fair condition considering their age. Most notably, there are some old hairlines and cracks to the glaze on both the cups and one of the saucers. But they still display beautifully.
