Antique French Small Carved Wooden Decorative Pelmet

A lovely French carved wooden panel, which would make a highly decorative feature above a door or on a wall.

Repurposed from a piece of furniture, and most likely dating to the 1800s, this wooden panel features symmetrical carved details, with a central shell motif flanked by cornucopia on each side.  

In excellent condition for its age, there are just one or two old worm holes, but the whole piece has been treated. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition, with the carving still very crisp and clear.
