Antique French Pink Transferware Water Ewer

A beautiful example of an early 20th Century French terre de fer water ewer.

The shape of these jugs is fabulous and they make the perfect vessels for stunning displays of flowers. Coupled with stunning pink transferware floral decoration which wraps itself around the jug, it looks delightful from all angles.

This pitcher is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a small firing fault on one side where the glaze hasn't settled, but this isn't overly notable.
