Antique French Fabric Boudoir Box - Galerie Lafayette, Paris

Designed to store delicate garments in, this early 20th Century boudoir box is an excellent example, covered in a pretty pink and duck egg blue fabric.

This is still perfect for many uses around the home now, and is particularly suited as storage for sewing or haberdashery.

Available from high end department stores, this one still has its original label from Galerie Lafayette in Paris.

Covered in its original French textile fabric, the lid is padded and the inside is lined with plain paper.

Considering the ae of this piece, it is in excellent condition with no damage or fraying to the fabric.
