This is a lovely rustic antique French butter brick mould, dating from the early 20th Century.

A lovely large size, there is a deeply carved flower, with berries and foliage, on the inside of the mould. The geometric design has a folk art feel to it.

With its rustic patina, this would look beautiful simply sat proudly on display to give a rustic touch to your interior kitchen styling.

But the mould is in excellent overall condition and so could continue to be used. Rustic in style, the wood has an unwaxed finish. There are some light stains but no splits or significant knocks to the wood.  There is a small indented section on the back of the mould allowing this to be hung up on display.
