Antique French Brass and Ormolu Frame

This is such a sweet piece, a beautifully decorated small circular French frame.

Made from solid brass, with an ormolu finish, the metalwork on this piece is highly decorative, with lots of detail on a top banner and lovely detail around the frame. Finished in ormolu, and with an easel back, it is very sweet. It is complete with its original glass and an original photo of a lady in formal wear. There is also a hook for hanging on a wall if desired.

There is some light tarnishing to the edge of the frame where some of the ormolu has faded away but otherwise it's in excellent condition.
