Antique English Tiered Wooden Egg Rack

Dating from the early to mid 20th Century, this is a lovely example of a two-tiered wooden egg rack for 18 eggs.

This is a nicely made piece with each end of the rack having a decorative finish. Having been made from ply, and possibly being exposed to the elements, mean that this egg rack does show signs of its age. There is some minor loss to some sections of the wood at one end and also on the edge of the top tier. Plus there are some small areas where the wood has loosened and warped slightly. On the whole, though, it's a very stable piece and highly usable.
