Antique Early 20th Century Large Half Moon Plate with Peacock

I have a total of three unusual large half moon shaped serving dishes, available to purchase individually.

Dating from the turn of the 19th and 20th Centuries, these ivory coloured platters are very distinctive and unusual. In excellent condition, there are no chips or cracks. They do all have age related crazing all over but this adds to their timeworn patina.

Each of the plates features a black underglazed transfer print pattern of a peacock, together with the French phrase, 'A la Volonte de Dieu', meaning God willing. They are actually English in origin, though, produced by Powell, Bishop & Stonier.
