A very large, robust and imposing vintage meat hook, perfect for use for hanging pans in the kitchen or adding an authentic industrial flavour to your home or in an outbuilding.

Originating in France, this is a harder to find four-pronged grapple hook and it dates to the 19th Century. 

It’s rare to see hooks this large, making it a unique item for adding a vintage look to the home. The swivel action of the hook still works.

Overall, this hook is in good condition. There are scuffs and knocks from use, plus oxidisation. But it is still a highly decorative piece.
