Set of Four Miniature White Ironstone Paste and Ointment Pots with Matching Spoon – Ideal for Condiments

A very sweet and cute set of four miniature antique white ironstone paste or ointment pots, dating from the late 19th Century or early 20th Century.

These paste pots may be tiny yet they ooze character, together with a white ceramic spoon the size of which fits perfectly with the pots. Originally used for creams or ointments, these were discarded and have recently been dig from a Victorian dump. Therefore, they all bear a timeworn charm and patina with some minor patches of staining, crazing and some minor nicks. There are no cracks or major dents.

This set of white ironstone pots look lovely simply on display, but they are also perfect for use as a condiment set.
