I think it was the eyes and those beautiful long ears on this pastel drawing which immediately drew me in.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA vintage piece, it dates to the 1980s when the artist, Susan Geere, was particularly active. Similar dog portraits have been sold previously. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSigned by the artist in the bottom left corner, the drawing has been executed perfectly. Some light scuff marks can be seen on the mounting board, which is encased in a glass fronted gold frame.
