Rare Larger Sized Antique Sainsburys Bloater Paste Advertising Pot

This is a listing for one of the rarer taller examples of the antique white ironstone J Sainsbury's bloater paste crocks, dating from the end of the 19th/early 20th Century.

These white ironstone jars are great examples of antique English advertising pots. In the harder to find larger size, they look wonderful on display as part of a kitchenalia or white ironstone collection, and are versatile to use in all rooms around the home.

At the time they were produced, these pots were discarded. But this example is in remarkably clean condition, with a clear transfer advertising logo. There is light age related crazing all over the pot, but otherwise it is in excellent condition.
