Rare Antique French Metal Chocolate Mould - Wild Boar

This is a listing for ONE metal chocolate mould, featuring imoressed moulds for chocolates in the shape of a wild boar.

With an imprinted maker's mark on the side of each mould for Letang Fils of Paris, the numbered design - 3156 - is also printed. Letang Fils was established in the early part of the 19th Century as a renowned manufacturer of culinary moulds.

Dating to the early 20th Century, the metalwork has worn and oxidised in places on each of the moulds. But this adds to the patina of them. It's a fantastic piece of French vintage decor to have on display in the home.
