Antique French Terre de Fer Plate with Floral Garland Border

A lovely early 20th Century antique French terre de fer side plate, featuring a stunning green transferware floral garland pattern on its border.

With a mark on its base for Lebacqz Bouchart on its base, this plate is in remarkably clean condition considering its age. There are a number of age spots but these do add a unique timeworn patina. 

There are no cracks but there have been a couple of knocks to this plate, resulting in a small scuff on the outer rim and a small chip (about 5mm across) on the underside of the rim, although this isn't notable when in use or on display.

Perfect for use as a small serving or cake plate.
