A nice example of an antique Edwardian white ironstone egg separator.
Just as practical and useful as the day it was made in the very early part of the 20th Century, this carries the brand name for the ‘Gourmet Egg Separator’ on its base. It’s a great looking piece of kitchenalia to have on display and is also very useful in the kitchen too, to help separate the yolks and whites of eggs.
A white ironstone piece, there are no cracks, chips or crazing. The piece has does have some light staining and age marks from use over the years, although these add to the antique patina of the piece.
