Antique Blue Transferware Ravier by Sarreguemines

Dating from the early 20th Century, this is a very pretty French ironstone ravier, with blue transferware floral pattern designed to serve appetisers and canapes on.

The plate is in fair condition, with a small chip to the edge of the plate and also a hairline at one end which is in the middle of the plate at one side. As a whole, though, the plate is stable and this is an extremely pretty pattern, which was produced by Sarreguemines in the early 20th Century.

A beautiful dish which is perfect as serving or snack dish, and also for trinkets.
