Antique dummy eggs are highly sought after and are a perfect display piece. They were used in chicken coops to encourage hens to lay more eggs before plastic overtook as the material of choice to produce them with.

This early to mid 20th Century is wooden, painted white. There is natural wear and scuff marks to the paint, though, from where it has been used.
